Young St Karaoke Lounge: Experience the Ultimate Karaoke Night in Mississauga

This was my first time ever going to a karoake place! I’ve always seen the lounge when going shopping at Btrust so I was super excited to finally go with friends - we were there from 9 PM to past 12 AM. The atmosphere inside was very aesthetically pleasing and the food was pretty good too. I went with a pretty big group of people so the room definitely got super hot Sound system was amazing; would be even better if there were more mics (there was just 2).

Reasonable pricing and really friendly staff. Went from 5-8 p.m. I believe, and it was $15 pp. The system is in Chinese, though, and it was really messed up, which meant we wasted a looot of time trying to find songs and eventually giving up. They were also missing a lot of popular songs, but we found most of the songs we liked, so we didn't mind too much. The rooms were cute too : >

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent sound quality and an easy-to-use song system. The food was surprisingly good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Perfect place for a fun night out with friends!

Large comfortable rooms, great service, amazing food and tasty drinks. This place is the best karaoke lounge! Had a small bachelorette here in September and everyone is still talking about how great it was. The system for music was a little weird, but once we figured it out we were all singing into the night.

If you book Young St Karaoke, be aware of a few things: extra fees, strange communication from service, and confusing rooms. (But see edit) We booked in advance for a large group party. They accommodated the booking easily but when we showed up, they ran out of food shortly after one round of 3 appetizers and told us the chef left to get more. It turns out they did have food (the chef was there?) but were instead limiting orders. I should mention this also took a lot of discussion to figure out, telling half of our party different information. It seemed like bad communication between front and back of house. The drinks came quickly though. At the end, we wanted to extend our happy hour booking. We were told we had to move to a different room, but then were told we could actually stay after some more back and forth. This took time, and of course we were still charged for the time it took to sort out the confusion. Also, be careful when paying as they charge a service fee (15%), the machine prompts you for a tip, and they will charge $15 to use your credit card. Be sure to ask for a printed itemized receipt before paying. Overall, we had a lot of fun but will probably book elsewhere next time. EDIT: We returned the next day to get help with what happened. The guy at the desk was very friendly and helpful, and sorted out our issue with ease. EDIT 2: Management reached out and offered an explanation with apology + something to make up for it if we book again.

At first, we were a bit hesitant to book at because of some past reviews, but I’m happy to say that everything went smoothly! They have a solid system in place now, and our payment and reservation were handled professionally and with no issues. The staff was amazing, super attentive and welcoming. Only down it’s the selection of songs was poor and we had to find in YouTube, a pain in the ass We had a group of about 35 people, and the experience was fantastic! The food and drinks were exceptional, and the atmosphere made for a truly fun night. Everything was well-organized, and we felt taken care of from start to finish. I would 100% recommend for a great night out with friends or a big group event. Looking forward to coming back!

Been going here for a couple years now and the rooms are the right amount of space for how many people are in your party. The staff are nice and helpful. Food and drinks are what you'll expect, but as the other reviews said song choices need an update and the search function is infuriating as it doesn't really work. It would be great if we can stream karaoke from YouTube or they update their song search function. Other than that price is decent and space is pretty good compared to what you'll find around.
